A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total order price OR payment in full is due at the time that you place your order to book the date that you're requesting for pick up. If this has not been made, your order is NOT considered booked and should not be expected to be made.

If you have made a deposit, the remaining balance of the price of your order is due NO LATER than 5 days before your pick up date. Failure to make final payment within 5 days of your order date will result in the cancellation of your order.

Why is there a deadline?:

I have many orders within each week and have to plan for such. 5 days allows me enough time to purchase the ingredients needed for your order, prep, make and decorate to give you a high quality end result. Any less than that amount of time and your order will not be able to be made.

Why is the deposit non-refundable?

​

I have many customers and book out often months in advance. In order to save your date I have to block off that time and also turn down dozens of people due to your order being booked. If you should decide to cancel your order, not only have I lost out on many potential orders that I had to turn away since your order was booked, but I'd then have to refund your deposit on top of that. Simply put, I have to protect my business.

If you have paid for an order in full and not placed a deposit, but still need to cancel--you will be refunded 50% of what you initially paid as long as it's before 5 days of your pick up date. If it is less than 5 days of your pick up date and you cancel, your order will not be refunded as it has already been started on or completed.

Refunds will absolutely be given at 100% if I ever have to cancel your order for any reason on my end. Orders that I cancel due to not following payment policy obviously do not count towards this.

ALL PICK UPS ARE CONTACTLESS.

• Pick-ups are all either porch or garage pick-up depending on the weather. If the weather is okay for your order to be placed on my porch for pick up, thats where you will grab it when you arrive. If it is raining/snowing, your order will be in my garage for you to grab when you arrive.

• CUPCAKE ORDERS WILL BE IN PERSON PICK UP IF THE WEATHER IS OVER 70F.
