Vanilla Sugar Cookies
Eire Sweets cookies are much thicker and larger than your typical grocery store cookie!

My standard sized cookie is 4-5 inches and 3/8 of an inch tall! They are very sturdy and heftY cookies--well worth what you're paying for.

My Mini sized cookies are 2.5 inches and 3/8 of an inch tall. Think of these as your typical sized cookie.

Each cookie comes individually wrapped in a heat sealed bag for safety and freshness. They are also labeled with ingredients and allergens.
​

The shelf life of our cookies is a maximum of 14 days, as long as you keep them in their sealed bag without opening them. Once opened, they should be consumed within 1-2 days in order to enjoy them fresh.

My cookies are offered in 2 flavors: Our Signature Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie or Chocolate Fudge Sugar Cookie

My cookies are hand-decorated with royal icing using the finest ingredients for decoration.

Many of my cookies are decorated using high-end pigments, glitters, and edible metallic paints.

Our Chocolate Covered
Strawberries
Eire Sweets uses only the freshest and biggest strawberries on the market!

Each strawberry is about the size of the palm of your hand--they're large!
​

Each strawberry can be coated in either high quality milk chocolate or white chocolate
​

Strawberries can be decorated in different designs, our most popular being in:​ Metallic Rose Gold, Silver, Copper or Gold.

I offer other coatings for our strawberries as well, such as: Heath Bar, Oreo, Reese's Pieces, Glitter (any color & E.S. Fan Favorite), Macadamia Nuts, Peanuts, & Smore (Graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows & chocolate bars)

Jumbo & Mini Cupcakes
Eire Sweets offers our specialty Floral Cupcakes, Succulent (cactus) cupcakes, as well as a standard frosting swirl with sprinkles cupcakes!

Cupcakes are offered in standard cupcake size or mini cupcake size.
​

I offer 2 flavors of cupcake flavors: Vanilla bean or Chocolate fudge.

I offer 2 flavors of cupcake frosting: Vanilla buttercream or chocolate buttercream. Chocolate buttercream only available for standard frosting swirl with sprinkles

All florals on our cupcakes, aside from Tulips, are hand piped.

All cupcake florals can be customized to fit a certain color scheme per request. If none are requested, it will come as a pastel color scheme.

Succulent (Cactus) cupcakes come in 2 tones: Muted greens, yellows and purples OR Bright greens, yellows and purples.
Cakesicles
What are cakesicles?
​
Eire Sweets cakesicles are essentially a cake pop--but MUCH bigger!
​
Cakesicles are made up of home-made ingredients of peanut butter truffle or oreo cheesecake. It is then coated in high quality milk chocolate or white chocolate!
The Oreo Cheesecake Cakesicle is made up of chunks of real Oreo and cheesecake and then coated in white chocolate.
​
The Peanut butter truffle Cakesicle is peanut butter truffle filling and then coated in white chocolate.
